Broadway Developments Ltd was founded in 1985.

Its directors and working shareholders are Dave Hughes, Lindsay Kennedy, and Neil Hamill.

The company is an independent, privately owned business with a long and successful track record designing and building high quality industrial, commercial, retail and residential developments throughout greater Auckland.

Broadway Developments completes all facets of the developments operation, including site acquisition, town planning, territorial authority approvals, construction expertise, lease negotiation and documentation, property marketing and property management.

The company has based its business values in quality and integrity in all levels of its operation. This has been recognised within the property industry with five Property Council of New Zealand Awards for Excellence.

The high level of quality is maintained because Broadway Developments are both the developer and building contractor.
